Processing technic
Material Preparation
Qualified base material is selected, typically in the form of coils or pre-cut aluminum sheets.
The substrate undergoes cleaning and treatment (e.g., degreasing, acid washing) to ensure an absolutely clean surface, free of oil stains and oxides. This step is essential for guaranteeing the quality of the subsequent embossing process.
Embossing / Pattern Transfer
The cleaned metal sheet passes through a pair of specialized upper and lower rollers engraved with matching positive and negative patterns.
Under significant pressure, the patterns on the rollers are continuously and permanently impressed onto the surface of the metal sheet. This process can be carried out at room temperature (cold rolling) or with heating (hot rolling, less common).
Post-Processing
Leveling: The embossed sheet may exhibit some curvature and requires flattening using a leveling machine.
Cutting: Continuous coils are cut into sheets of specified dimensions according to order requirements.
Surface Treatment (optional): Depending on needs, the embossed sheets may undergo processes such as spraying, electroplating, anodizing (for aluminum sheets), or galvanizing to enhance corrosion resistance, aesthetics, or achieve specific colors.
